Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Guide the customer through the maintenance scheduling process and repair of their vehicle

  • Experience at a Toyota dealership is desirable

  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs

  • Confident in their approach with customers to negotiate a win-win

  • Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality

  • Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

  • Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect

  • Takes self-initiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals


Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor at any dealership is essential

  • Passionate about creating professional relationships with our customers

  • Valid G license with a clean driving record

  • Reynolds experience is an asset

  • Well-rounded background in customer service
