Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a high volume of cold calls with business owners daily to understand their business objectives

  • Test new marketing channels, while providing valuable ideas for our current and future growth strategy

  • Help ‘crack the code’ on inside sales, including finding ways to improve our pitch scripting, promotional offers, and automated tools that we use for inside sales

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of the company's product and services

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience of inside sales making outbound phone calls

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to capture many incredible features of the product and present them clearly to the prospect

  • Can adjust sales style on the fly and is comfortable with change and continuous feedback

  • Initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and commitment to quality work

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player
