Job Title:   Customer Service Liaison

Hours (F/T or P/T):  F/T 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday - Friday

Salary Range:  TBD

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive experience for customers and create deepening relationships

  • Answer, follow up on Customer Inquiries questions, concerns, updates, complaints via phone/e-mail

  • Respond proactively and reactively to concerns, questions

  • Work positively with Administration & Production teams to ensure customer needs are met

  • Support Sales administratively, set up new customers in databases

  • Verify orders as they are presented from customers prior to submitting for processing

  • Work within benchmarked deadlines; follow direction of Customer Relationship Manager

  • May be called upon to visit customers occasionally or attend trade shows on evenings or weekends

  • Have fun with an amazing team who has a passion for food and hard work


Skills and Requirements:

  • You might consider yourself a food enthusiast or a customer pleaser

  • At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience in fast paced environment – a background in hospitality and/or administration is an asset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Working in a fast paced environment with tight timelines, independently and in a team

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time well

  • Minimum of a G2 Drivers’ license and a vehicle

  • College Diploma or University Degree is an asset

  • Food Handler’s Certificate & Food Service experience are assets

  • A second language, especially French, is an asset, as is Child Care experience

  • *Training will be provided on the above duties upon successful hire
