Job Title:  Call Centre Customer Service Representative

Hours (F/T or P/T):  Minimum 25 hrs weekly

Salary Range:  $14.00/hr + premiums & bonuses

Key Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Work within our fast-paced call centre performing tasks

  • Answer inbound telephone donation/lottery ticket order capture

  • Answer inbound customer/donor support

  • Place outbound telephone follow up calls

  • Place outbound courtesy/sales/donation calls

  • Best efforts are rewarded, incentive program on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis

  • Focus on continuous improvement, both personal and as an organization with opportunities for advancement

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Clear telephone voice with verbal & written proficiency in English

  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm

  • Flexible availability for weekdays, weeknights and weekends given higher priority

  • Good communication skills with a natural knack for servicing customers over the phone

  • Positive disposition and goal oriented

  • Ability to concentrate and thrive in a busy environment
