Key Requirements and Responsible:

  • Working in a bakery to produce bake goods and pastries

  • General cleaning duties to maintain the entire bakery

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area


Skills and Requirements:

  • Motivated and experienced Baker & Pastry Chef

  • Able to speak Russian is an asset

  • A degree in baking/pastry chef from George Brown College (or similar) is also a strong asset

  • Ability to lift 25kgs

  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate (Can be obtained once hired)

  • High product quality standards

  • A passion for working in professional kitchen environments

  • Positive team player attitude

  • Attention to detail and strong focus are a must

  • Ability to read and follow recipe directions
